Why a mixed-source search engine needs careful expectations.
Results come from several places
DuckDuckGo explains that its search experience combines specialized sources, its own crawler and indexes, and traditional links and images largely sourced from Bing. Instant Answers can use different sources from ordinary links.
Do not assume feature parity
A search provider’s relationship with another index does not promise the same snippets or markup processing. Maintain accurate Schema.org data and check the provider’s own documentation rather than treating a Google test as a universal search-engine test.

This library includes DuckDuckGo context and official reading links. There is no automated DuckDuckGo eligibility profile in this release.
